Here at Uptown Wag, we want you to love any product or merchandise you order from us! We stand behind the high-quality of every item we make. If you order an item that does not meet your expectations or if you need to exchange it for a different size or style, please contact us as soon as possible so our team can make it right.

If you need to return an item, please email us at woof@uptownwag.com within 10 days of your order arriving to you. Our team will get back to you with instructions of how to return the item you ordered. We only accept returns for items that are unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Thus, shipping on the original order is non-refundable. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment, so we recommend choosing a return shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.
